Our Factory Shop
We have an onsite Factory Shop which is open to the General Public, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Our Factory Shop stocks both our Aldous and Norfolk County Ice Cream in a variety of flavours and sizes.
We will be delighted to serve you and your family!
Our main gates will remain closed, but please call us on 01603 620970 and a member of staff will greet you at the gate and walk over to the factory shop with you. This allows us to regulate how many people are in the factory shop at one time.
To pre-order your ice cream in advance, please either call us on 01603 620970 or complete the submission form below.
Cash & Card payments are both accepted. We hope to see you soon!

Due to the explosion in raw materials - sugar increasing by 120% in 4 years, milk and cream (our biggest ingredients used) by 68%, packaging costs by 120% and many more, we have made the difficult decision to increase our factory shop prices as of 07.03.2024.
We have tried our best to absorb these price increases, but unfortunately as a small, independent business it is no longer viable to continue doing so. We take great pride in knowing we produce two of the best ice cream ranges in the U.K, and dismissed the idea immediately of reducing the quality of our Norfolk County and Aldous Ice Creams believing that keeping our quality standards is vital to our business success.
We would like to take this time to say a big thank you to all of our customers for your continued support and custom. It means a great deal to us all and does not go unnoticed.
We really hope you can understand the reason for our price increases, and we hope to see you all soon!
