The Joys of February

It's a great time for us here at the Creamery. We're able to take stock of what worked last year, settle down from the christmas season and assess our production schedule. We also use this time to do any necessary reforms of the factory and to develop the flavour range for 2016 before putting it into production.

Watch this space for some exciting new developments and some new entries into the Guild of Fine Foods Great Taste Awards....prior to us launching them publicly in the Spring.
